Two easy ways: text us at 765-749-5529 or DM @flour.and.flora with the items you'd like. We'll confirm and set them aside for Saturday morning. The menu goes up every other Tuesday — reserve early since most items sell out within a day or two. (Otherwise, it's first come, first served on Saturday.)

Pickup is every Saturday at 8 AM at 125 E Daytona Drive in Red Bank. The porch is open until items sell out — usually mid-morning. If you can't make 8 AM, just let us know in your DM and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Not at the moment — we're a porch-pickup-only operation right now, which keeps everything as fresh as possible and helps us keep prices fair. If you're nearby and pickup is tricky, DM or text us and we'll figure something out when we can.

Every other Tuesday morning. We share it here on the site and on Instagram. Want a heads-up the moment it goes live? Join the drop list on the homepage and we'll text or email you.

Cash or Venmo — whichever is easiest. We'll send payment info when we confirm your order.

Our home kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts, so we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment. We're happy to flag dairy- or nut-free items on the weekly menu when they're on offer — just ask.
